Creating Retail Manager's that Exceed Target Results This seminar will involve learning sales and goals setting techniques learned from top entrepreneurs in major cities in Canada. "It will give new and experienced managers an edge in developing increased same store sales and add-on sales programs." Entrepreneurs of this program have previously been doing successful but want to gain better margins or increase revenues. Retail Training Course for Hardware Stores This seminar will involve sales training and development specific to the Hardware industry for new retail associates in hardware stores that are looking to be trained rapidly given labour constraints in an industry. It will also be useful to hardware store owners that have a limited training budget or wish to advance their training faster than traditional programs.
